  • Once upon a time, there was an old widow living a simple life together with her daughters at the farm. in their farm, they have swans, cows, sheep, and a rooster.
  • TIKTILAOOK!
  • Chanticleer was a fabulous chicken with a strong and beautiful voice. Among his seven wives, Lady Pertelote is his favorite.
  • As dawn began to spring, Chanticleer who is sleeping with the other hens had a nightmare.
  • I had a dream. A great beast with a bright eyes tried to kill me!
  • What's wrong?
  • You are a coward. The dream is meaningless.
  • Convincing Lady Pertelote to believe, he tells her a proof.
  • So what happened next?
  • It turns out that his dream was true, his friend was murdered.
  • There were two friends who went on a journey and reach a certain place to stay for a night. But it happened that they have to stay in a different place. the other one dreamed that his friend will going to die, but paid no attention to this.
  • Chanticleer believes that dreams are significant for they give a sign of what is possible to happen in the future. however, he tried not to think of it anymore and just to be grateful of how blessed he is to have Pertelote.
  • COCK-A-DOODLE-DO!
  • In the morning, Chanticleer is proudly singing outside when he sees a fox ,next to the butterfly, laying behind the cabbage.
