Storyboard Text
- This story is called Ready Player One and it is about a kid in the near future and the condition of the world isn't too good.
- Almost the entire population of the planet is taken over by video games, many being the OASIS. This kid is Wade Watts and he is the main character in the story.
- Wade's at-home life isn't very safe. Wade's parents died a couple of years before he moved in with his aunt and her weird boyfriend. Her boyfriend is very mean towards Wade because supposedly Wade is annoying.
- I'M RICH BABY!!!
- In the OASIS you can make your character however you want. You can also do whatever you want. There are lots of different online games that you can play.
- Wade's character has blue hair, a black leather jacket, black pants. He has a couple of friends that he plays with and their names are Aech, Daito, Sho, and Art3mis.
- The creator of the game is James Halliday and he made a lot of money off the game. He put an easter egg in the game and the person that finds it will take ownership of the entire game plus they will get $27 million, sadly though Halliday died a few years before anyone got on the learboards.
