- Evan begins by going to the icbc website to download the Learn to drive smart book in preparation for the knowledge test.
- (5 days later)After he completed the learn to drive smart book he looks at the practice tests on the icbc website and starts practicing all of the tests. After this Evan downloads the street sense app to help with specific areas of driving.
- Now that Evan is getting 100% when he does the practice tests he thinks he is ready to book his knowledge test on the icbc website.

- Evan and his dad arrive at the ICBC driver licensing office and he shows id and pays for his knowledge test. After paying he is guided to a machine where he will do his test.

- Evan passed his knowledge test and now has his L sign.
- Now that Evan has his Learners sign he needs lessons so he booked them on the computer and meets with his instructor.

- Over the next 12 months Evan continues to take driving lessons and practice with his dad. Improving valuable skills like parking, awareness, and experience.

- Class 5 Road Test
- Evan does some review on the study guides and books his class 7 road test.
- Evan arrives at ICBC, shows id, pays for his class 7 road test and gets into his car with his examiner.
- Evan does his class 7 road test
- Evan has passed his class 7 road test and now has his novice licence.
- Its been two years since Evan got his novice licence and he has stayed prohibition free. After reviewing the road test expectations he thinks he is ready to get his full license so he books his class 5 road test.
- Evan takes his id and debit card to ICBC to take his class 5 road test and get his full licence.
