You must be kidding me. You are a jolly person. It's just all in your mind. Don't change from who you really are. Just be positive.
Oh, okay. Thanks. But, I'm serious.
I think all you need to do is to go to church because for sure you just lack faith. Just pray.
I wish that could help me right now.
Everyone got worse problems than you even I. Look how lucky you are right now. Just stop overreacting.
All I just need is support. But, never mind.
It's like you're not even trying at all. Crying does not help. You need to try something else. If you want to feel better, just change your mindset. Simple.
But, I'm trying so hard.
I could have been his crying shoulder if I knew he was going through tough times.
He was really a kind person. I wish I had known his problems so I could help him.
He should've asked me to pray for him. I can't stand losing a life of my loved ones.
If he had been serious all along, I could've helped him get through his problem
We should better be aware of the signs of mental health issues. If we truly care for the ones we love, let's be there with and listen to them who are suffering from it. We should stop and avoid toxic positive advice which could be the reason why those people suffering give up in life or end up in worse situation. It also does not help them at all. But how do we avoid it?1. Avoid blame 6. Don't be apathetic2. Don't oversimplify 7. Don't shame3. Don't express disbelief 8. Don't ignore4. Don't be dismissive 9. Avoid platitudes5. Don't tell them to try harder
Having mental health issue isn't as easy and simple as you think.
