- Hey! The border disputes with Spain were solved with the Adams-Onis treaty! America is so strong.
- We also proved we could defend ourselves by winning the war of 1812 against Britain!
- Our country is becoming  strong and independent! I'm pretty proud of us!
- And just look at our banking system. the economy is growing rapidly!
- Along with those, our economy has been making great strides, and trade is expanding with the moves west.
- Railroads, canals, roads, and bridges are also being built, which can help us travel.
- The u.s. has gained new lands, as well. We are expanding westward, and those travel methods help us with that.
- Even our federal government is strong, just look at Mcculloch vs. Maryland and Gibbons vs. Ogden.
- The industrial revolution has made it possible for new inventions such as the steam engine and electrical telegraph.
- America is turning out to be a strong, united, independent, and fruitful country. I’m glad to be a part of it!
