- No matter what happens don't forget the plan.
- Everything will be ok, I'm ready.
- These two slaves have been carrying a child in secrecy. They have bigger plans for the child so they remain isolated during the delivery.
- SHHH! Let me go, nobody needs to know.
- HELP!
- The baby was successfully delivered but things did not go as expected. They did not have the resources that were needed so the mother lost her life.
- Henry was a healthy boy who had beautiful green eyes, curly brown hair, and skin so pale that he passed as white. Throughout the years, his father taught him how to read and write and the story of his ancestors and mother.
- I'll be the smartest slave ever
- These things right here are called letters boy.
- When Henry's father was done teaching him all he thought he needed to know, he let Henry go. Henry was old enough to understand the real plan and so he left with another slave who was escaping.
- What are they fussing about?
- Remember everything I taught you boy. Until we meet again son.
- I love you dad.
- Henry was dropped off at a white abolitionists' house and lived there for the next few years. Henry's new parents continued to teach and nourish his brain to turn him into an intelligent human being. Henry never exits the house for the fear of being questioned about where he came from.
- Welcome!
- I best be on my way.
- When Henry is eighteen and no longer a baby, the next step of the plan begins. He takes on the name of Henry Johnson and goes out to find a job. He has forged papers and portrays himself as a white man.

- Mom and dad would be so proud of me.
