- Muhammad is the founder of Islam. He is a prophet from Allah.
- Mohammad returns to Mecca and takes over. The leaders' surrender and many are converted to Islam.
- Muhammad was praying and an angel spoke to him, telling him that he was to tell others that Allah was the one and only god.
- Hijrah was a migration of Muhammad and his followers after some of them were attacked. This migration was from Mecca to Medina.
- The rightly guided was a leadership based on the Koran and Sunna. They conquered people and let them keep their religion if they paid their taxes.
- The Umayyad came to power through murder, and they moved the capital to Damascus. They were the largest caliphate.
