  • REFLECTION
  • Hello everyone!I'm Janin Kathyrine B. Verame from Arch 302, and this is my reflection
  • SELF-CONCEPT
  • Self-Concept is how we see or view ourselves. It answers the question, "Who am I?". There are times when I ask myself, "Am I really a good person", "Am I being honest to myself?". We tend to ask more about ourselves as we get older but at the same time, we also discover a lot of new things about ourselves and these question will slowly fade away. Taking more time discover what you can do will surely help to get to know yourself more and so will other too
  • SELF-IMAGE
  • The relationship we have with the people around us are huge influence on our self=-image, either they are positive or negative. Self-image is important this determines how we act and interact with others. Having a positive self-image will surely boost the physical, mental, emotional, social aspects or ourselves.
  • SELF-WORTH
  • Valuing yourself shows Self-worth, but first, how do we value ourselves? From my own understanding, you must accept yourself first, we must accept not just the good side about ourselves but also all the flaws we have. It all starts from ourselves, we must accept and respect ourselves so that other will value and respect you too.
  • SELF-WORTH
  • SELF-EFFICACY
  • Self-efficacy is believing on your own ability or what you can do as a person. If you have goals you want to accomplish, believing on your own capabilities is the best way to show self-efficacy. Next step is to take an action and always remind yourself, that 'You can do it!' because I believe that our mindset has a huge impact on the extent of what we can do.
  • SELF-COMPASSION
  • Self-Compassion is important because this shows understanding, acceptance and love. We must extend compassion not just to other people but also to ourselves. Having self-compassion will help us face difficulties in future but remember to accept all areas of yourself including your weaknesses, so that there won't be any hindrance on showing compassion to you own self.
