- Adams appointed Marbury a judge late. Jefferson wanted someone else,so he told Madison not to deliver any of Adams appointments/papers.
- Madison I do not want Marbury to get thoses papers!!!
- Yes sir I will take care of it.
- Marubry asked the supreme court to use the judiciary act and forced the commission.
- Can you use the judiciary act.
- The court said Marbury deserved the position but power to force Madison to deliver it was an unconstitutional act
- I win.
- You deserve this postion but I will not give you the job Marbury.
- What why?!
- The Case established the power of judicial review and the ability to evaluate laws.
- What if we could have ability to evaluate laws.
- We need a new law
- We will call it a judicial review
- This is bad.
- The court could lose the power against other branches which gave them the most power.
- We could lose everything.
- Because they know we have the most power
- The courts are freaking out
- Jefferson didn't like this decision about who won and who followed the strict constitution. He says there is nothing about medical law.
- I dont like who won I think this is the wrong decision. there is nothing about medical law.
