After Macbeth Kills Banquo, Macbeth goes crazy. Macbeth was seeing Banquo's ghost. Macbeth's guilt led to him seeing the ghost. The more crazier things Macbeth does guiltiness and regrets plays a part in that.
Macbeth was scared of Banquo's son being king that, he sent orders to bandits to kill Banquo. Banquo was killed but his son got away. This scene shows how power corrupts Macbeth by killing his right-hand man.

One of the propheicies were, The forest will move against Macbeth. This could've meant anything. It could mean a large army coming to destory Macbeth. Forest usually don't move by themselves, so this prophecy confused Macbeth.
One of the prophecies was, Beware of Mac-duff. This was a warning from the witches. Mac-duff could be capable of anything.
When Macduff finds out what Macbeth has done to his family he becomes furious. Macduff teams up with Malcolm to end Macbeth once and for all. Both make a plan to invade Macbeth and take his kingdom.
Macduff left Macbeth and went to England. After discovering Duncan's body, he fled Scotland. By fleeing Scotland, Macduff left his family and also left them in danger.
As power keeps corrupting Macbeth, he was finally killed by Macduff. You would ask how Macduff killed Macbeth? Macduff was delivered by a cesarean section. So, the witches prophecies wouldn't have nothing on Macduff.
One of the prophecies made Macbeth crazy. Macbeth was scared of the Macduff prophecy so he decided to kill his family. Mac duff doesn't know about this yet.
