- Rena is Michael's regular customer who frequently buys from Michael's shop. She explains the specifications of the floral bouquet she would like to have.
- Michael wonders if he could have all his floral arrangement ideas readily available at one place while he gets numerous arrangement ideas with Rena's specifications but is not sure which one of them would turn out to be the best one.
- Michael comes to know about the FervidFlorist app which offers a wide variety of floral arrangement ideas as per the specifications and also has an option to customize his floral arrangement from scratch.
- Michael logs into the app and begins to search for ideas as per Rena's specifications. He sees the list of ideas and also customizes one of his ideas. He adds them to his list of favorites and shows it to Rena for her to select her favorite arrangement. Rena is amazed to see the variety of options and finally decides on one of the floral arrangements.
- Michael sees the video tutorial for the selected arrangement on the app and quickly arranges the flowers accordingly and presents the bouquet to Rena. Both Michael and Rena are happy with the bouquet.
