  • Hi, we are Paola and Anna, the founders of PEC
  • In Guadalajara it is very common to see many dogs on the street without home and without something to eat, many times pregnant females or puppies in danger, that’s why we created this NGO.

  • And here we tell you a little bit about this process.
  • Our purpose is to help all these homeless dogs improve their quality of life to live safe and sound.
