- Then an angel came down from above to tell her she will have a son, and the angel is there to help her.
- Samson's mother was barren which means she was unable to have children.

Three times already you ad mocked me, and not told me where you get your great strength!" " No razor has touched my head, for I have been a nazirite for God from my mother's womb. If I am shaved, my strength will leave me , and I shall grow weaker and be like anyone else." (Judges 15-17)
- Samson pushed over the pillars of the temple of the Philistine god Dagon, destroying the temple and killing himself and thousands of Philistines.
