- Hey Geeta, you seem to be bit sad? Is Everything alright dear ?
- Umm, No Kaviya actually I am feeling bit uncomfortable in this chair
- Tell me why you feel so uncomfortable on this chair ?
- Kavya you know , i am suffering from Polio, cause of which I am really facing a lot of difficulty with respect to our workspace design. You see in this chair there is no place where i can keep my leg
- Yes, Geeta i completely understand your situation. Even as a women i feel that we need a change in the work space design. Like i feel very unsafe to walk on the floor with my heels, even i feel insecure during night shifts due to the cubicle design. I
- Shall we discuss this issues with our HR Manager ?
- Geeta is a new female employee in the office, she is suffering from polio. Kaviya is her colleague and finds her upset, so decided to enquire about it.
- I am really sorry for what you all are going through. I will call Twisha, my batchmate from IIM A. She has come up with a new start up, "CO-GO" , which provides gender friendly workspace design and setup.
- Geeta started narrating the challenges she is facing due to the seating arrangement as well as the work place design.
- After listening to Geeta , Kaviya also expressed about the uncomfortable situations and issues which she faces due to the work space design and how it is not compatible with the needs of female employees.

- Kaviya & Geeta went to the cabin of their HR Manager and told him about the problems that they face due to the unfriendly workspace design.
- Twisha Presenting various female-friendly work space design with the female employees.
- Twisha remodeled the office space to make it female-friendly and now she and the HR Manager taking feedback from Kaviya & Geeta.
