- The rule over india is weakaning what should we do?
- Strong feelings of nationalisam begans to grow in india after ww1 beacause they wanted to gain their independence.
- You will now be put in jail if you try to revolt against our rule.
- The british wanted to remain in powerso they put the rowfatt acts into action which prohibited any protest or revolution.
- After the amritsar masscar over 400 indians were dead. india decided a new, non violent way to fight the injustice mahatma gandhi led this new revolution
- we need change in india! i will lead the way "gandhi".
- there are many ways we can protest without violence.
- Gandhi started boycotting British rule by refusing to buy their goods and refusing to vote. this launched his campaign of civil disobadience.
- we can make our own salt by collecting saewater and letting it evaporate.
- the laws of british were outrageous such as you could buy salt only froe government. so gandhi and his followers walked about 240 miles to protect . this is called salt march.
- HOORAY!!
- Finally in 1935 india gained self rule altough it was limited.a revolution like this begun to sour in soutwest asia and nationalism beacause apprent to freedom
