- Union representative meets with the employer and brings the employees demands to their attention. According to s23 of the LRA defines a trade union as an association of employees , whose purpose is to regulate relations between the employees and employers
- At the hall
- The cost of living is increasing
- Employer informs the union representative to take their offer back to the employees of a 7,5% wage increase
- Sipho ( Shop steward ) calls a meeting with the workers
- Employees are are negotiating in " bad faith" They can not accept anything less than 11%, Role of the employees: They are the true assets of an organization
- Yet the wages don't increase
- Employees are suggesting strike
