- WHAT DO YOU MEAN?! Obviously, wind energy is best for the environment!
- Calm down. Why don't you explain why you think wind energy is best for the environment?
- Ok. So, wind energy comes from the uneven heating of the earth's surface by radiant energy from the sun.
- Ok, how do we use it?
- We use wind energy to make wind turbines. Wind turbines generate electricity.
- Ok, what is good about wind energy?
- Wind energy is a clean, renewable source that doesn't produce any air pollution!
- But the wind turbines are pretty loud, so that would cause noise pollution to nearby neighborhoods, which would be annoying to the people.
- True, but large wind turbines can produce enough electricity for up to 1,000 homes!
- What is electricity? Never heard of it. But anyways, birds and bats could get injured because of the wind turbines.
