- What company are you currently working for or last worked for, and what job do you have?
- I'm currently working for International Data Conversion Solutions, INC. Company and I'm an encoder.
- What training methods were used by your company to train you? and please describe this training briefly.
- They trained us by coaching us in real work scenarios, like demonstrating how to communicate with the customers properly, and we practiced typing fast when typing the information of the customers into the computer correctly.
- How far have you developed this training?
- It took me 3 months to develop the training method, and it was not super hard for me because I am into using computers.
- Is your training method effective?
- Yes, the training method was effective because I was hired, learned new ideas, and am still working for the company.
