- This is a story about Cheryl Spragg, who works at Richemont and is always in a good mood at work and sees every opportunity as a source of motivation
- Cheryl Spragg was so eager to get to work that she was determined to arrive early and sought that they would appreciate her as a responsible employee.
- I'm excited to work!
- However, as Cheryl Spragg entered the building and made her way to her office, she was walking passed by her staff members, who looked at her as if she didn't belong here.
- This was a time period when the majority of the employees were white
- Why is she here?
- Does she work here?
- Furthermore, she applied three times for a higher level of work but afterwards she found out that all the three decisions were made by the same people. Which caused her to tell her HR Department about it.

- I'm gonna tell the HR Department about all this
- After complaining with the HR Department about the various events that has happened to her, she wasn't taken seriously
- If your not comfortable working with us. Just find a new Job
- Anyways, you just cause stress to our staff members
- This is unacceptable!
- Despite the fact that no one took her seriously, she started walking to court and was gonna sued them for what they did to her.
- If their not gonna take me seriously, ill do it by myself!
- I made my decision, Cheryl is correct!
- YAY!
- This is unfair
- After everyone arrived to court Cheryl told the judge her story. In the end, she finally got to sued them and won her claim.
