- Hello, How can I complete new patient registration?
- There are two ways to register: You can either self register by going online or I can help you!
- Can you please show me how to register online?
- First of all, you need to go online on registration screen and enter your personal information. Then, you have to create Login and Password.

- You should receive an email confirmation to complete the registration. After completing, you will have your patient portal up and running.
- Can you help me to register in the patient portal?
- Yes I can. I need some of your personal information in order to complete registration.
- I reviewed your information. You should receive an email with your use ID and a link to create a password.
- Yes, I did received it.
- After email confirmation, you should access you patient portal.
