- When is Dr. Ruben going to be here? It's been like 20 minutes!
- He'll be here soon enough. Stop whining. And be thankful I am getting you the best treatment in the area.
- 5 minutes later...
- We'll start now, so you can pick her up in 3 hours. She might feel a little sluggish.
- Hello, I'm Dr. Ruben. I'll be treating Mia.
- Nice to meet you!
- Mia Calmo, daughter of the fashion designer Marie Calmo, was in a car accident that paralyzed her from the waist down. A few weeks later, Marie gets a call from the Institute of Impossible- which is a near secret hospital treating impossible cases. This is Mia's first appointment.
- Come with me
- Okay!
- Marie is very grateful for Dr. Ruben (who runs the Institute), and she will do nearly anything to get rid of Mia's embarrassing paralysis. For two days a week, Mia will spend 3 hours at the Institute.
- I wonder why he looks so scared.
- Mia
- Marie leaves, and Mia is left with Dr. Ruben for the next three hours. She'll be receiving treatments to hopefully cure some of the paralysis.
- It's so white in here. Oh well. I guess that's just hospital-clean.
- Dr. Ruben seems friendly enough to Mia. He's taking her to her new room, which will be booked for her scheduled appointments.
- Dr. Ruben wheels Mia down a hallway, where she sees a boy with a cane. He looks frightened. This makes Mia wonder why. Maybe he's just afraid of needles.
- They entered the room, and Mia immediately noticed that the room was white. Except for her, the whole room was entirely, uncomfortably white. How long was she to spend in there?
