  • I'm sad, I don't know how to multiply decimals
  • Let me give you a summary.
  • So basically when you multiply decimals you have to get the decimal to a whole number. To get it to a whole number you look at the decimal point and count how much times to get it#160; to a whole number. For example 0.4 to become a whole number would be 4. Also, remember to count how much times it takes to become a whole number. When you're done just multiply. When you done multiplying, move the decimal point how many times you had to move it to the right. Then you're done!
  • Can you give me an example?
  • Sure
  • Here's one, 7 x 0.8, first you count how many time it takes for 0.8 to become just 8 which is one, then you simply do 8 x 7 which is 76. But remember, you're not done yet, 76 will become 7.6#160; because it took 1 time for 0.8 become 8. Now, you're done.
  • Thanks to you now I know how to do decimal multiplication!#160;
  • Your welcome.
