We just got into war. We are at war with two different countries on the other side of the world. We have to focus on Europe first and then go and fight Japan. To keep out men strong and healthy, we need to start the OSDR, so we can find new ways to protect and save our soldiers.
We heard that Germany has split uranium atoms. We need to be the ones who make the atomic bomb, so we have top secret, Manhattan project to talk about it.
Today is our big sea invasion of german occupied France, and it is known as D-Day. This day was brutal; so many attacks and deaths, especially at Omaha Beach. There were over 3 million soldiers involved
The war with Germany was tough, and a very hard fight. The US tried its hardest and the turning point was Battle of the Bulge. This battle severely damaged Germany's forces on the Western Front, and they were unable to replace them. This was a huge win for the US.
World War II
The US and the Allies won the war in Europe, and now they need to fight in Japan
After Pearl Harbor, the US was worried about Japanese spies in the US reporting back to Japan. To protect the US, they decided to send all Japanese immigrants to Internment Camps. This made it so the Japanese would be unable to send any information to Japan.
