- Ugh he is coming over here.
- If he comments on my pregnancy weight again take it right up with the EEOC.
- It was Monday Morning at Injust Holdings. Munir and his coworker Claudia were in the break area when their boss, Gene, came upon them. They hated him ever since he started. He was rude and boarder line racist to the point that it became a hostile environment to work in that they both complained to HR.
- Hey its Osama and Marilyn!
- You know what he is doing! It is your job to do this! It is against the 14th!
- Claudia went to the HR Rep, Bailey, who she didn't like after she tried to get Claudia booted from the applicant pool for promotion.
- You have to tough it out. Ignore him.
- I expect you to come in on the weekends or I will suspend you without pay!
- You can't treat me like this! This is an unfair labor practice! I am going to take it up with my union.
- The day after, Claudia spoke with OSHA and they said they would handle it but it only got worse. Gene tried to fire Munir in retaliation by discharging him without clause, but he was foiled by the possibility of a breach in contract. However, Gene continued to harrass both employees. Especially Munir, who complained multiple times about unequal treatment, however it only got worse.
- Some of Gene's friends started to target Munir and Claudia. When Claudia was inspecting the warehouse she got hit by a forklift by Benny - Gene's cousin. Claudia went to the hospital, and had serious surgery that costed more than 10 grand. She sued claiming CO-WORKER NEGLIGENCE.
- FIRE GENE STRASS!
- GET GENE GONE!! GET BAILEY GONE!
- Inspired by Claudia's bravery, Munir banded together a Union with the local rep, Talia and started a strike outside the Injust Building - the PR campaign manager that helped brought to light Gene's syndicate of bigots including the HR rep and got them all discharged with cause. Claudia came back to work fully healed and became the new CEO naming the company Fair and Just Holdings.
