- Hi, I am a plant and I will show you how the process of photosynthesis work.

- First i will need some light from Mr. Sun here, some carbon dioxide from the air around me, and some water from the soil so i can begin the process.
- I have chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is something plants have but animals don't. It helps me absorb radiant energy, it also gives my color green.
- Since i absorb radiant energy, i transform that into chemical energy stored in glucose. I keep the glucose in my cells to get energy.
- Since i'm a plant, i take in carbon dioxide. Which means i don't need oxygen so i release it so animals can breath it in.
