- The Republic of Fredonia was lead by Edward,Haden .He lead a group of 15-30 men into the Fredonia Rebellion.In the picture above is a representation of them marching from San Antonio to Nagadoches in January 1827.In conclusion the rebellion collapsed ,most of them crossed the Sabine River and some were captured.
- Battle of Gonzales
- The Law of April 6,1830 was created by a Centralist Goverment .A centralist goverment is a type of goverment that believes the power should belong to the national goverment and state power should be limited.Even thoiugh some people (Anglos) thaoght that it was discrimination towards whites.
- Battle of Coleto
- The Turtle Bayou Resolution are when the rebels first articulated ideas that would become central to the Texas Revolutionary movement ,including alliances to the Mexican constitution of 1824.The results of Colonel Bradburn was that he was removed from command by another mexican officer.Travis and Jack were released from prison.
- Battle of San Jacinto
- The battle of Gonzales was foaught over possesion of weapons It also proved that The Texans were willing to use military force against Mexico.The battle was all about the Mexican goverment wanting a cannon returned from the colonist at Gonzales.
- The battle for the Texans was lead by James Fannin.But the battle of Coleto was not won for the Texas.Fannin surrendered to General Urrea.
- The battle of San Jacinto was the final battle in the Texas Revolution.The outcome was that 9 texans died 600+ mexicans died .Another outcome was that the Texans won the battle and got indenpendence .SAnta Anna and David Burnett signed the Treaty of Velasco ''officialy endng it''.
