- so i thought i should give you some tips to protect your respiratory system!

- maybe the problem is your respiratory system!
- - no smoking and stay away from smoke- Avoid air pollution
- - Exercise regularly- Eat a healthy- Maintain a healthy weight

- just remember like the rest of our body, our lungs need care and attention. Breathing feeds oxygen to every cell in the body
