  • Wow that's a lot!!
  • It is a lot and that's not all. We also have meiosis ll.
  • Meiosis ll are you serious I am definitely going to fail this test, I can't remember all this!!!
  • Hey you'll be fine, for meiosis ll is like meiosis l but just a little different.
  • Okay please elaborate.
  • Both the two daughter cells that was produced in meiosis l, goes through the same process in prophase ll like they would in prophsse l.
  • Okay, okay that not hard!!
  • I know!! and metaphase ll isn't either. Metaphase ll is just like metaphase l however, instead of two rows of homologous chromosomes line (pair) up, its one line up of chromosomes in the middle of the cell.
  • Wow, so the only difference is the rows and how they're paired up??
  • The only thing is that the spindle fibers in anaphase ll is pulling the chromatids apart instead of chromosomes.
  • Yea see you're getting it. Now we're moving on to anaphase ll which once again is like anaphase l.
  • I thought this process would never end!!
  • Telophase ll and cytokiesis, is also like mitosis telophase and telophase ll in meosis, however the separation results in genetically dissimilar haploid cells.
  • And then finally the last stage!! Telophase ll and cytokinesis, where the duplicated genetic material, separates
