- woman did not have a say in who they marry. the marriage was arranged usually at birth. in the town the streets is full of rats and garbage. the women in the town make clothes and sell goods. the women also work alongside the the husbands. the children could go to school or get at home tutor. women could not make their own decisions.
- living in the country means that that the people are peasants and work form sunrise to sunset. the woman on the farm has a lot of kids and does not have a say in who they marry. the children also work sunrise to sunset. the woman harvests the food and prepare the food the husband hunts
- the kids do not read or write
- as a nun i can go to school for as long as i need to but can not ever marry or have kids. i shall devote my life to god
