- The First theory was that government was created by force
- This theory was based that one person or group claim control over an area and force people to summit to there rule
- Hi today I will tell you all of the 4 theories of government
- The third theory is the divine right theory. God created a state and chose individuals to be given a royal birth. And therefore divine right to rule.

- This theory is that the belief that the state(government) only exists to serve the will of the people. They can chose to give or withhold this power.
- I think that the evolution theory is the one who made government. One reason is that back then people had family and the head of the family was in charge. And then they might find more people which became a clan, so the head of the clan is in charge like government.Another reason is that when the clan turn into a village the head of the family might be the head of the village.And that is what made government.
