- We have no funds! We made ourselves unable to tax on a national level!
- We are too weak! We need a new government!
- Federal laws aren't even upheld in the states!
- We have little power at a national level, the states have it!
- Virginia Plan! We need a strong central government!
- And so with the Great Compromise and others to come...
- New Jersey Plan! We just need to fix the articles!
