People are different some are skinny or fat and when you don't like your body you starve yourself or cut yourself from eating certain foods that you enjoy doing these things continually can lead you too bad moments .

Starving yourself , thinking you have poor body image , too much focus on weight or looks , dieting at a young age, playing sports that focus on weight (gymnastics, ballet, ice skating, and wrestling) , having a family member with an eating disorder and mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, or OCD are some reasons what can cause eating disorders having a ED can cause very serious problems to you and your body it doesn't always just help you to lose weight there's always healthier options to lose weight or to eat healthier also when having a ED can harm your heart, digestive system, bones, teeth and mouth.

There's always more safer and healthier ways to eat better , eating healthier and getting enough food to not eat a lot or a little bit some healthier or better ways to get rid of ED by your self are exercising, eating well, including a diet high in fruits and vegetables, and sleeping well getting rid of ED is is hard and can take a while but eventually it will get better .
