- Hello, do you have any retro video game consoles ?
- We do not have any retro consoles as they're hard to find. I apologize for that sir.
- Guess I should head home.
- I'll never be able to find these consoles. They're just too rare and expensive for that reason.
- This is John Rafferty a 30-year-old male who works in an IT department for an office. He spends his leisure time browsing the internet and playing video games on his computer. He has 1 child in which he likes to spend time with whenever he can.
- Hello son, what are you up too?
- I wasn't able to find a console today. I'll keep trying though, don't worry.
- Just watching TV.
- One day John visits the local video game store in hopes of finding a retro console for him and his son to enjoy. Unfortunately John is unable to find one at the store. Customer problem 1
- I wish I was able to find a console for my son and I to enjoy. I really wish I could share my hobby with him. Even if I found all the consoles I would need to find the games too.

- As John has his hopes down that he'll never find a console he decides to head home for the day.
