- Crustacean Washington, this is an outrage! Why are the tariffs in Virginia lower than the tariffs here in Philadelphia?!
- Well Angry Crustacean, the states are trying to be independent and are rivaling each other
- Though wouldn't it cause more trouble between the states then help our country?
- Well yes, that is indeed a problem but it would be very difficult to undo or change.
- There must be a way to fix this. Couldn't we just bring this situation to court?
- Well angry crustacean, our system of government doesn't have a court system.
- Why not?
- We fear that the courts would be biased and only support their own opinion. It would simply be unfair.
- Is there any way that we could change the government?
- It would be very hard for every state to agree, but that is definitely possible
