- Lilliana struggles to stay awake in class. She looks around and doesn't understand how people can just make friends and be so sociable. She looks at her math worksheet and doesn't understand a thing.

- Lilliana goes to lunch with her friend Ana. Ana grabs Lilliana's food and get rid of it. Lilliana falls asleep due to exhaustion . When she wakes up Ana is gone, she talks to a cute girl but all she could think about was food.
- falling action
- Lilliana and Ana become more close causing Lilliana to eat less. She starts to feel sick and dizzy a lot, including tons of stomach problems. Lilliana doesn't eat for days.
- resolution
- Lilliana passes out and wakes up in the hospital. She realizes that Ana isn't real and that its just her anorexia. She gets put in a mental hospital for 3 weeks.
- Lilliana confronts Ana for what she did, when Ana tells her that she is part of her. Lilliana gets more attention from her family.

- Ana is still there but Lilliana tries to ignore her. Lilliana has gotten better at eating since the mental hospital and has made one new friend in school.
