- on july 30th 1884, Hideki Tojo was born, he was born in Kojomachi Tokyo Japan which is now called Chiyoda tokyo japan.
- history
- his parents were Hidenori Tojo and Chitose Tojo. His dad grew up going to school for military training at Army Cadet school.
- beliefs
- during his early life he attended the same schools for military training as his father before him. he also attended military academy in 1904. He married Katsuko Ito and had 7 kids, 3 sons and 4 daughters.
- death
- hideki tojo was named captain in 1912. after a couple years in 1928 he was made commander to the 1st infantry regiment. 10 years later in 1937 he was made the chief to staff of kwantung army. In 1941 he was named the 40th prime minister.
- hideki believed that in order to assert japans dominance they should rely on their own power, one main reason he rejected peace offering in 1941. he was also a very strong social and political conservative.
- hideki was confirmed dead after his execution on December 23rd, 1948. he was executed because of committed war crimes and was killed by hanging.
