  • Vally Forge was located Outside of Phillidelhea after the British gained control over It. The Colonial armie Spent the whole winter at vally forge where they faced disease and some food scarcity.
  • Problems Faced by the Soldiers #1
  • During their stay at Vally Forge, Gorge Washington rented out the Isac Potts House and used it as his living Quarters and hos Military Headquarters.
  • Problems Faced by the Soldiers #2
  • There were approximately 2,000 huts in Valley Forge for all 13,000 Soldiers which would mean that For every hut there would be 6 or 7 soldiers sharing the same Hut. The Living conditions were not awuful but Not good.

  • During the winter at Valley Forge The army suffered many food scarcities and many of the men were very very hungry.
  • Also During the winter at Valley Forge, there was lots of sickness and almost 2/3 of the men died due to the sickness that was spread around the soldiers at vally forge.
