  • Are you the new servant?
  • Yes
  • Welcome to the most ostentatious Catholic cathedral
  • Do you like my totally rad Coat of Arms bro/
  • yo so cool bro!
  • TToday I start my new job as a servant to the King. When I was walking towards the castle I started to realize how big the castle was.You can see dents in the stone walls from canons shot by the enemy. There are lots of soldiers guarding it at all times. The more I look at it the more I realize this was made for defense. I saw these small little windows for archers to shoot through.
  • After many hard days of work at the castle, Sunday came around and I went to the local cathedral. When I went inside, it was so lavish. There were gold crosses on the pillars. Everything was shiny. The sculptures and paintings were made by the best in the area. The stained glass was extravagant . Then I realized the Bishop was right in front of me. I was taken back, not expecting to see him but when I thought about it there was no reason to be surprised. Of course, the Bishop is in his headquarters. Silly me.
  • I saw these Knights with cool shields. I asked them what they were and they said they are coats of arms and represents my family on the field of battle. Before they had these, no one could tell who they were through all the armor. So, what they did was they painted their shields with specific symbols like animals and different colors. Later they put a coat over top of their armor. The background colors have different meanings for example red means warrior and nobility. The different symbols on the shields mean, for example, the elephant means wit and ambition.
