  • Today we are going to find the mean, median, and mode of these numbers.
  • Sure
  • To find the mean of the numbers you need to add all of them up and divide by the amount of numbers there are.
  • Would you like to demonstrate, student in the back?
  • 2+2+3+5+6+8+9=35/7 = a mean of 5.
  • Nice Job
  • Now we are going to find the median of the data. To do this you place the number in ascending order and if there is an odd amount of numbers select the middle one.
  • Would you like to do it for the class little child?
  • Ok
  • Great Job! While you're standing can you find the mode of the data? all you have to do is find the value that occurs the most.
  • The number order is odd so the middle number 5 is the median.
  • Fine
  • Correct! That wraps up the lesson thank you for listening.
  • 2 is the number that appears the most so it is the mode.
