- Wow that was a lot of fun. 1920s was a time of culture change.
- 2022
- In the 1920s during world war I many of the men in the US left to go fight in the war which left many women to do work which gave them the opportunity to be more independent and free.
- With the women being independent for so long when the men came back from the war they tried to get their jobs but the women refused to give them up because they were making money and had a real job. Also, the women change their hairstyle to the bob hairstyle and they change the fashion wardrobe from long shirts to shore skirts, they smoke and drink, and they started to relies less on men.
- The 1920s were a time of cultural change because during prohibition the whole US came together to stand against something they don't like. Also, the flapper movement also gave women the chance to be more independent and people around the world started to accept it.
