- Who got it?
- The kids were the first one to arrive at the scene of the Lottery, they werer collecting stones and playing with each other.
- Couldn't we just stop the lottery?
- Than we would be like living in caves.
- Not long after the adults arrived, meet up with their family and children, and get prepared for the lottery in the square of the town.
- You know the rules....
- Cheating! Cheating! Cheating!
- Boooooooooo!
- After every one drawed the lottery, and Bill Huchinson found out that he is the one who got the lottery.
- Just be quick...
- People will often question the neccessarity of the lottery.
- Tessie protests that it isn't fair.
- Mr. Graves dump five pieces of paper, one with the black dot. Tessie was the "lucky one" and she was then smashed with stones from the vilagers.
