  • A Petty Competition
  • You are bluffing! There aint no fairies! Thief!!
  • Arrgghhh... I can do so much better than pretty Padmini!
  • The Enchanted Forest is Disenchanted
  • Hmmm... she is not ready to learn any secrets...
  • Come on! Give me boons!
  • Offending the River
  • Ugghh.. How cold and dirty... I hate rivers!
  • Hey Fairy!! Where are your pearls!
  • What a nasty child! I shan't spoil her even more...
  • A jealous Kamini is not happy for Padmini. She sets out to prove she can win even greater treasures and boons!
  • Tantrum in the Groves 
  • Alas! This kid has a long way to go to learn SEVA-BHAV! and think of other's happiness...
  • Kamini meets the Vana Devata: "Hey Old Lady! Enough with your advice! First get me some warm blankets, brrr I'm freezing... and hot soup. And get ready to give me boons!! "
  • Scorned by Forest Deity
  • What an awful kid! Sadly she must learn seva-bhav before she can get any blessings...
  • And so the Nadi-devata splashed the rude child with mud and muck, and gave her ugly mosquito bites!!!
  • Miserable & defeated Return
  • Kamini wailed and screamed : "This is horrible! I hate outdoors... Where's my fire? Where's my hot chocolate and marshmallows? Where's my Teddy bear?" A dismayed Vana-devata could think of no boon to give her...
  • And so, Kamini was left all alone in the middle of the forest. The Vana-devata did not even show her true self, neither helped her or gave her any gifts....
  • What a lie! There are no fairies in this forest! This is a horrible place!
  • And so it was that to the sad disappointment of Padmini and her mom, Kamini came back dirty, bruised, disheveled and oh so upset...
