- Middle Age theatre began in the 5th century AD and the beggining of the Renaissance it began with religous and moral themed plays
- Elizabethan theatre began during the 1576's this was when the style of shakesphere began but by 1648 were ordered to be put down
- Restoration theatre began from the 1660's and was when woman were finally allowed to be able to perform
- Realism theatre began in the 19th century around the 1870's and was when they brought drama and emotion into it
- Musical thetre began in the 5h century BCE and was when they put songs in it
