- Hi, we decided to start a business
- Our first idea was to start an ice cream food truck
- We got a place, and started selling our products
- After a couple months into the business, we noticed our sells were decreasing
- So we started focusing on our risks, and the impacts of our business
- Some of our weaknesses were that our products were new so not too many people knew about us
- Our threats were the big local ice cream shops
- We also have wide variety of products and different flavors including vegan, water, sugar free and milky
- Private ice cream factories
- But we were also known for good product quality
- We are working really hard on this business taking care of the quality, risks, opportunities and threats we have
- Our products have a great impact
- It all went good, but after a couple of months into the business we noticed that our sells were decreasing
- So, we started to focus on all the pros and cons of this business idea
