- The engineering team sits and thinks about possible solutions

- They all decide on one final idea

- The engineering team plan and draw out a blueprint for the rocket ship
- One of the engineers bring the blueprint to a construction team
- Can you guys build this?
- 5 months later.... The construction team is done and the rocket is ready for launch
