- LEADERSHIP is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to lead or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.
- First one being autocratic style leadership where the leader mostly holds final decision.
- There are mainly 3 different styles of leadership that is often used.
- also, the Leader makes decisions without consulting team.
- Second is laissez-faire style leadership in which leader give full trust in employees and little assistance.
- Lastly, democratic style leadership where leaders include team members in their plans.

- The autocratic style of leadership is a leadership; where leader is in full control where mostly everything is over seen by them with little input of team members.

- Laissez-faire leadership style is the opposite of autocratic in where the leader do little and places full trust on the team members to complete the task.

- Finally, democratic leadership is where the leader makes and active effort in involving his members in decisions, work, and the overall progress of the task at hand.
