  • Achal meets Arjun in front of his school.
  • Hey Achal, which SDG is your class giving a presentation on?
  • Oh! that would be SDG 13 - Climate Action Climate change is affecting every country on every continent. Saving lives and livelihoods requires urgent action.
  • Achal and Arjun's conversation as they walk down the road
  • So, what are you planning on doing to spread awareness about Climate Action?
  • I feel we should make more people aware of these issues. Lack of awareness is a big challenge. I am planning to make some posters and a few videos and upload them on Youtube.
  • The next day when Achal is at school....
  • Today Achal wants to make us aware about SDG 13.
  • The main cause of Climate Change is Global Warming. Global Warming is caused by the rising level of Carbon Dioxide and other green house gases into the air.
  • We can prevent Global Warming by reducing the causes.
  • Now you can all discuss how you're going to implement your SDG goal.
  • Achal's discussion with Ravi when the teacher gives them time to discuss...
  • It may take time, but with everyone's cooperation it can be done. If all of us change, no aim is unachievable. We all can do this by taking small steps - save energy at home, use public transport, eating more vegetables and less meat, reducing, reusing and recycling stuff and using green energy.
  • ---------
  • I agree, we can tell others about our plan after school.
  • Achal's thoughts as he is walking towards the bus.
  • If we work hard we can make the Earth a better place to live.
  • I hope our small steps can lead to a big change.
