- John has been the sole owner of his small printing business for the past 2 years. He has recently started to think of how to set up retirement plans and employee benefits for his business but doesn't know where to start.
- Builds a relationship with LD&B employee

- John is walking downtown when he notices a bus drive by with an ad that says "LD&B Financial Services". John does some research and decides to move forward to the next step of his consumer buying process and set up a meeting with an LD&B employee
- Informs wife about the retirement plans he just set up with LD&B
- John sits down with Andy to discuss all the options LD&B has to offer when it comes to Financial Services. Andy is a very customer oriented sales man and would love to help John to the best he can.
- John Informs His Employees on The Benefits
- John and the LD&B employee Andy go out to lunch to build a better relationship and to help finalize John's financial plans with LD&B.
- John is really excited with his decision and goes home to inform his wife Lisa of the retirement plans, health insurance, and life insurance ehe just set up with LD&B.
- John is happy to let his employees know that they will now be able to have 401k's, health insurance and medical insurance benefits through the job that they work. This will keep loyal employees around longer to work for John's business
