- what was the Manhattan project, it was a research development undertaken during world war 2. they were one of the first people to create the nuclear weapons.
- explain the bombing of Hiroshima, in 1945 the American B-29 bomber dropped the worlds first atomic bomb over the Japanese city Hiroshima. killed 80,000 people and many more would later die because of expsure to radiation.
- the bombing of Nagasaki in 1945 the US dropped two nuclear bombs over Japanses cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. and killed between 129,000 and 226,000 people.
- why did the Japense surendder the Nuclear weapons shocked Japan into surrendering at the end of World War II except they didn't. Japan surrendered because the Soviet Union entered the war. Japanese leaders said the bomb forced them to surrender because it was less embarrassing to say they had been defeated by a miracle weapon.
