The Employees Feels that they are victimized by employer for not giving them what they want.
It is an employer right to lockout the employees when they do not comply with the laws and regulations of the company.
Employees are exercising their rights as it stated in LRA that all employees have a right to exercise their rights in a form of a strike and should not be victimized.
we cant afford to give them 10% interest. The company doesn't have money
We want 10% increase because we are working more hours and we make sure that we improve productivity and capital of the company.
Strike Continues
Unions has taken this issue to CCMA for arbitration process to take place ,because the company does not meet the unions demand.
This matter is at CCMA the arbitrator is trying to find the solution for both parties. The manager is here to represent the company ,unions representative is here to represent the workers workers
What is happening guys ,what's the problem I heard that employees demanding 10 % increase to the company .
