- The Employees Feels that they are victimized by employer for not giving them what they want.
- It is an employer right to lockout the employees when they do not comply with the laws and regulations of the company.
- Employees are exercising their rights as it stated in LRA that all employees have a right to exercise their rights in a form of a strike and should not be victimized.
